"Originally built in 1962 by renowned Architect Ron Molen... and wow, did he have some great style. Sadly, this home was tired after all these years and needed some love.. That is, until D3CADE Homes and Halpin Investments got their hands on it! Where do we even start with this place? Curb appeal - Well, someone pitched the roof and we just couldn't let that happen to the architecture here so we tore off a perfectly good roof and restored it back to the original flat elevation. Every square inch of this property has been meticulously revitalized to ensure the character and original vibe was not compromised. It actually has gone as far as re-desiging back to that 60's feel. Hats off to designer Victoria Chamberlain for taking this home to the next level! Back to the exterior.. The home underwent a MAJOR facelift restoring Ron's original vision. Each window was replaced with double pane sheet glass and hand-framed back in to not compromise the clerestory and floor to ceiling windows. The addition of T&G + some other stylish woodwork helped to also give some much needed POP back to this place. Landscaping? Yes, full yard / sprinklers were also installed during the process. Once inside, it's apparent the attention to detail on the design and revival that took place. Book-matched walnut cabinetry, tile imported from Japan, a cooktop system known as the PITT built directly into the counters (who even thinks this stuff up), tile and fixture selections that make you wonder where you have been the last 5 years when it comes to good design and a speak-easy inspired hidden wet bar that makes it's way into a covered patio, pre-wired for a surround sound and outdoor TV space for your enjoying pleasure. The master closet features a built-in makeup vanity along with an island which will make it easy to finish customizing your built-in layout here. The list goes on and on, to the point where this listing service won't allow me to add much more. I think it is best you come visit the property yourself to get the full feel.. Night time is the best time to view this property btw. It is simply breathtaking! Oh ya, and it has a new roof, all new plumbing, all new electrical, all new flooring, all new tile, all new windows etc. etc. - But you already knew that, because you know how these guys remodel homes! ..."
